Lawsuit Filed Against Ford Motor Company And Michelin After Tire Failure Causes Rollover

Palm Beach, FLORIDA October 25, 2010: Accident attorney Appropriate Ammons of the Ammons Law Firm has filed a lawsuit against Ford Motor Company, Michelin Tire North America and Al Packer West, Inc. car dealership on interest of Debra Robinson. Robinson was left incapacitated when her car rolled over in an accident.
Robinson was driving a 2000 Ford Settler when it rolled over after the left rear tire failed. Defects in the tire rendered it ape and it rolled over during the accident that resulted.
